Emergencies are handled 24 hours a day and 7 days per week at our facility, large or small animal. 

If you have an emergency and are an active client or referral from another veterinary practice, please call our office number at 336-526-6013.  At that time, the voice mail will direct you to the on-call pager number or will give you further directions.

Small animal emergencies can also be received at the Animal Emergency and Trauma Center, located in Forsyth County by calling 336-896-0902.

Due to the high volume of calls received after hours, please utilize the emergency pager service for true emergencies only.  Please refrain from using the emergency service for questions that could be reserved for normal office hours.
